Ahaha really? O.k so what do you have to say about the fact that recently i had my JSA withdrawn from me, whilst doing what was required of me. And for a period of 2 weeks was offered no assistance WHATSOEVER by the state? following this the amount of jsa i received was reduced to £43p/w, the housing benefits i was recieving was stopped entirely automatically. And this has resulted in me becoming in debt to the tune of around £110. (i am normally exceptionally careful with my finances, and pay my bills e.t.c)
I have phsycial proof that i was doing what was required of me, this is the third time now, that they have tried to "disallow" my right to exist, and I am waiting to hear back from a "decision makers" after appealing the decision that was taken against me to stop my ability to survive.
Without might i add having any lawful ability to refute these charges until they were enacted against me. This in itself is contrary to normal lawful proceedings, in that one normally has the ability to defend oneself from charges against oneself, before "punishment" is enacted.
However in the case of benefits this is completely contradictory. You are presumed guilty and punished, before having to "appeal" and "clear your name" so to speak.

I have proof of departmental corruption as well as dubious operating practices within the DWP, and have already approached the guardian newspaper with this information. I have not yet heard a reply from them.

What i meant to say was
However in the case of benefits this is the complete antithesis of how the law system, usually operates.

The aforementioned situation is ongoing, and during a period of a week or so, was on a starvation diet consiting of 2 very small meals a day.

Now if thats someone who was abiding by the system in every way, not tricking or scheming or playing it, (I say this in no measure of above or below others) and it cannot support someone who was doing what was required of them, then moreso has society just justified crime by those who are being denied the right to exist, by these "disallowances" e.t.c being carried out against them.

I've done this allready. Claimed for no viable income for the dates i was unlawfully disallowed the right to survive, (DWP speak = disallowed) as soon as i found out. However i got sanctioned again immediately.(Lol whilst on hardship allowance) Which then played all sorts of fun and games on things.
I think this must of then stopped it again. After i had restarted it. As i have recently received 2 letters from them, basically saying i won't be paid housing benefits e.t.c for 2 certain periods. So this i will have to to go and deal with tommorow at the council.
I am awaiting a response for an appeal i sent to the DWP on the 23rd December (Very professional of them, no reply and now 2 weeks later) with regard to the multiple periuods that they wish to try to remove my ability to survive.
If i knew either way i could then approach the housing benefits department with some useful intel, however as is, the decision is still "pending". So it may be worth waitng for the decision to come back first.
However its been for sake of using a better phrase a complete omnishambles.
This is the third time this year that they have attempted to revoke my ability to survive, both the times before there was corruption in their department, and they rightfully overturned the decision.
This time they essentially hit me with 3 independant sanctions at once, obviously thinking/anticipating i would fold like a cheap set of deckchairs.
they obviously don't know me too well.
