O.k so i am supposed to go to the jobcentre today, as my signing date has now apparently changed to a once a week signing.
This is not going to happen.
This is the first step on the road towards trying to get people to the jobcentre on a daily basis, and a step which i deem to be unreasonable. If i go down, I am effectively giving consent and then there is nothing stopping the jobcentre from saying, well you must now come down every day e.t.c.
So no i do not consent to this.
There is nothing that i am aware of that states that i must consent to anything other than my 2 weekly signing period, and that's exactly what i am going to do.
I am all for people trying to help the unemployed back into work, but this is not helpful its more a hindrance actually. Given the previous way the DWP has treated both me and others, allowing them this implied consent would be a wrong move in my opinion.
I now have a trial date for my first disallowance, and will hopefully append more evidence to that, as the DWP have tried to shut down my second claim on spurious grounds.
Which i will now publish.
And is also going to be appended to the current tribunal hearing as further evidence of DWP wrong-doings.
