Well I've just heard back from the courts and tribunals service...
"The tribunal has decided to adjourn the hearing".
It looks like they want to drag me into court. As they were unable to make a decision, based on the 40+ pages of evidence they received.
Well they are about to look very silly in court then!!

They are using the exact same ambiguous rhetoric as the DWP, "reasonable" and "best chance", which is strongly suggesting a bias. Its like they are reading off the same script page so to speak.
Again, We shall see.
I trust they will cover my travel expenses, as i do not have the ability to travel due to having no income, i shall be mentioning this in the return letter confirming my appearance.
