Tribunal Result :- EV 16
The tribunal has allowed my appeal, which puts the original case in my favour. Now to see what the DWP is actually going to do about this. I received a similar "award letter" in the past, however the DWP failed to release monies due to me.
I'm starting to think i'm actually creating quite a solid basis for some sort of legal injunction here. Multiple award letters, from Tribunal services, confirming awards in my favour, that have then not been acted upon by the DWP.
Next steps are 1) wait a couple days to see if the DWP responds and whether they will do as i have requested.
1) Overturn the permanent suspension on my jobseekers allowance claim, as i believe they have no grounds to implement such a thing. It is my belief that it is unlawful.
2) Re-instate my original JSA claim/agreement, as it was stopped entirely unlawfully.
3) Release monies due to me, whereby i was satisfying the conditions desired by law. Over a prolonged period up to (at least) 18th July, and more than likely after this period.
